I have a creative culture from each group of the innovation persona mapping model:
1. The Learning Personas: The Experimenter - A risk taker, who is constantly changing an idea over and over to improve it, and to find a better, maybe more cost effective solution. They also ask others to join in on the process.
2. The Organising Personas: The Director - Is all about motivating, inspiring and empowering people to improve their skills and performance, through the targeting of high goals. Ultimately improving their worth as an employee (self or others). They like to challenge the unexpected.
3. The Building Personas: The Experience Architect - Is focused on making an experience more personal. Making it a more memorable and tailored approach to each individual. At every possible opportunity, "creating remarkable individual experiences."
4. The Guiding Personas: The Caregiver - They work to create a relationship with a customer or client, they empathise well to each individual. They like to provide them with a comfortable, yet centred experience.
